Our staff are one of our greatest assets and in order that residents receive all the attention and care that they need, there is a lot of them! If a resident needs urgent help, then of course any member of staff will be pleased to help in any way they can but for general, day-to-day needs, we believe it is helpful if residents can easily identify the various staff and their associated responsibilities. For this reason, all staff wear specific, colour coded uniforms as per the guide below:
