We are currently recruiting the following staff:
RGN’/RMN
We are recruiting for full or part time Nurses for days or nights full and part time for our purpose built home in Chadderton Oldham
We operate a superb nursing home and provide excellent support and development for our staff.
- Be responsible for the well-being of our residents making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Carrying out assessments; developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident
- Leading and mentoring care staff, delivering clinical guidance and ensuring the smooth running of the care home
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure safety and conformance to relevant standards, policies and legislation
Delivering the very best standards of care, promoting residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect and striving for continuous improvement
Be a part of the team and help care for our residents and work in a lovely, clean and well maintained environment.
Care Assistants.
We require care assistants for all units within Total Care and offer both full time and part time hours.
The role involves assisting our residents to achieve quality of life. All residents are individuals and require care that is specific to ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs and wishes are met.
Experience is not vital as full training is given and we expect our staff to work to our high standards to provide the very best of person centred care to the residents we look after.
All care staff are expected to complete the care certificate and for those who hold this they will be assessed against its competency framework.
Shift pattern are Days 7am – 2pm, 2pm – 9pm. Nights 9pm – 7am.
OFFICE ASSISTANT.
We require someone to join our administration team within the home.
Good computer skills required and a knowledge of SAGE payroll is essential.
Hours negotiable, monday to friday. The successfull applicant will need to be flexible to cover colleagues absence.
