Our purpose is to deliver a care service which honours the principles of dignity, privacy, independence and choice and includes fulfilment, activity and stimulus wherever possible and appropriate. Respect for our residents is an integral aspect of our care irrespective of race or creed. We deliver our care with integrity and understanding, within a culture that reflects the diverse nature of our society where equal value is placed on society as a whole.
We endeavour to deliver a care service that is tailored to a resident’s personal needs and to support wherever possible, the optimum level of independence. Consultation with the resident and where relevant, their family, is important in achieving this in order to develop a detailed, individual care plan. Each personal care plan is regularly reviewed with the individual and amended in relation to the resident’s changing circumstances, needs and desires.
